FAQs

What counts as a design request?

A request is one specific design task or deliverable; think a flyer, social graphic, email header, postcard, ad or update to an existing piece. Larger or more complex projects may be broken into multiple requests so we can keep your queue moving. Branding tasks are not included.

Is Design Desk really unlimited?

Yep! Unlimited requests, not unlimited design hours. You can add as many projects as you’d like to your queue throughout the month. Your membership includes 6 hours of design time, and we’ll work through your requests based on the priorities you set.

What happens if I don't use all 6 hours?

Your Design Desk time is reserved for you each month, so unused hours do not roll over. The best way to get the most from your membership is to keep that request queue full; we’re happy to help you identify projects we can take off your plate!

Can I purchase additional design hours?

Absolutely. If it’s a busy month and you need more than the 6 hours included in your membership, reach out to our team. We’ll let you know what additional time is available and the cost before moving forward.

What isn't included with Design Desk?

Design Desk is intended for graphic design and creative production. Projects such as full website builds, custom development, extensive branding projects, video production, photography, printing and other specialty services aren’t included in your monthly design hours. Not sure if something counts? Send it our way and we’ll let you know.

Can you coordinate printing?

Yes! We design for both digital and print, and 360 Media can help coordinate printing for many of the pieces we create. Printing and production costs are separate from your Design Desk membership, and we’ll provide pricing for approval before anything goes to print.
