360 Media is an affiliate of Active Campaign. If Client
cquires an Active Campaign subscription through the 360 Media dashboard, Client will receive a 10% discount off Active Campaign’s standard published rates, subject to the additional terms and conditions set forth below under “Active Campaign Terms”. Please indicate your selection below:

1. Active Campaign fees will be charged by 360 Media to Client at a 10% discount off Active Campaign’s standard published pricing if your Active Campaign account is hosted under the 360 Media dashboard. As an Active Campaign affiliate, 360 Media will provide initial support and technical assistance for non-critical issues. 360 Media will also perform list creation in order to connect a
form on Client’s Site to a list within Active Campaign. All other email services are subject to additional fees.

2. Client must have a valid credit card on file for any monthly or annual fees associated with Client’s Active Campaign account that will be charged by 360 Media in order to receive a 10% discount. 360 Media will promptly notify Client of any upgrades or contact limit increases needed to ensure Client’s Active Campaign account functions properly.

3. Client will be automatically charged on its Active Campaign renewal date unless Client notifies 360 Media at least 30 days prior to the renewal date of Client’s desire to terminate its Active Campaign subscription. 360 Media will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify Client at least 30 days prior to Client’s Active Campaign renewal date. 360 Media is not responsible to Client for any refund or credit for an Active Campaign subscription that is not timely cancelled in the manner described above.
