Monthly Fee Adjustment Agreement
Due to the current nature of the economy, 360 Media is offering 6 months of adjusted monthly service fees to those who qualify. The payment arrangement will be made between 360 Media and the individual listed in this agreement. By signing this agreement, you understand you will be assessed a lower monthly fee. At the close of 6 months, we will reassess.
