I agree to the Client Authorization Form.
Purpose
This form authorizes 360 Media to communicate with outside organizations on behalf of the Client for the purpose of marketing, advertising, community relations, event coordination, and other contracted services.
Authorization
By signing below, the Client grants 360 Media permission to:
• Speak to chambers of commerce, advertisers, vendors, partners, and event organizers
• Request and share information relevant to marketing and promotional activities
• Represent the Client as their official communications contact for these purposes
This authorization does NOT allow 360 Media to:
• Sign contracts on the Client’s behalf
• Make financial commitments for the Client
• Engage in legal representation
• Additional authorizations must be provided separately in writing.
Duration
This authorization remains valid until:
• The Client’s service agreement with 360 Media ends, or
• The Client revokes authorization in writing
