Normal hours for the 360 Media Updates team is Monday – Friday; 9am -5pm. Any changes submitted after 12pm on Friday will be returned the following business day.

During the following periods, the 360 office will be closed in observance of the 2022 holiday schedule. Please submit all requests 48 hours prior to the holiday to ensure your updates are completed and approved. Any ticket or request submitted during the holiday will be responded to the next business day.
